Scott Price, CPA, Owner
Scott B. Price obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College, New Brunswick, New Jersey. He earned the honor of being a Henry Rutgers Scholar and graduated in May of 1979. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, San Francisco, California in December of 1981. Scott has been a certified CPA since March 12, 1982 (License # 34375E). Scott B. Price and Company was founded in June of 1985.
Scott serves on the Board of Directors for several 501(c)(3) organizations. He is the treasurer for the Rainforest Action Network, Inc and is an active member of the Cedars of Marin Board of Directors. Scott is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Barbara Chadwick, CPA
Barbara graduated from California State University, Hayward with a degree in Accounting. Barbara is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She began her career as a real estate broker, then in 1983 Barbara joined Laventhal & Horwath as a tax accountant. In 1986 Barbara moved to Hemming Morse, CPA's until 1989 when she joined Scott B. Arlene Huber, CPA
Arlene has been working with Scott Price since 1990 and has held her CPA license since 1994. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco in 1980. Arlene is a manager in the accounting department and is responsible for quality control on all audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements. She also guides financial activities as Acting CFO & Controller for companies on an interim basis.
Arlene is a certified consultant on numerous small accounting packages including QuickBooks and aids our clients in system design, setup and training. She is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Arlene is an avid sailor and a volunteer in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary since 2006. She currently serves as the Finance Officer in her Flotilla.

Jennifer Kuhlmann, CPA
Jen graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting. In 2002 Jen joined Scott B. Price & Company where she specializes in tax preparation for individuals, and entities which include partnerships, LLC, S Corp and C Corp tax structures. Jen enjoys working with small business owners and advising clients, she takes a proactive approach and prides herself on maintaining strong client relationships.
Jen also serves as the Director of Operations and oversees billing, technology and staffing at the firm. In addition to tax planning, Jen also provides accounting services which include performing systems development, forensic engagements, valuation services, compilation, audit and review work for clients.
Prior to working at Scott B. Price & Company Jen worked in the Business and Advisory Services group at Arthur Andersen LLP. At Andersen Jen gained a broad base of audit experience by auditing a client base which included industries such as, manufacturing, health care, financial services, consumer products and energy.
Jen is a mother of three young children and spends time volunteering in the classroom. She is a member of the California Society of Public Accountants and of the Alpha Phi Alumnae association.

Patty Jang, CPA
Patty joined Scott B. Price and Co. in July 2006 from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she spent five years specializing in individual and fiduciary income tax accounting and planning. Her prior experience includes eight years in auditing, financial analysis, revenue accounting and systems integrations for large and small publicly traded companies. She is a member of California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kathleen Chon, CPA
Kathleen graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She obtained her Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Prior to joining Scott B. Price and Company in February 2010, Kathleen worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for 15 years where she specialized in individual and fiduciary income tax accounting and planning. Kathleen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tonya Diller-Robertson, Accounting Associate
Tonya is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with an emphasis in Accounting Information Systems. She has previously interned at the Walt Disney Studios as an accounting associate. She is currently a member of the National Association of Black Accountants.

Lindsey Keeperman, Accounting & Tax Associate
Lindsey earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Law and Society and a minor in Communications from the University of California at Davis in 2007. Prior to commencing work with Scott B. Price and Company in February of 2009, Lindsey was a member of the Merchandising, Planning, and Distributions department at Mervyns.

Tina Fujikawa, Accounting & Tax Associate
Tina earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and is a Certified California Tax Preparer and Notary Public. Prior to working with Scott B. Price & Company, Tina built and maintained her own companies - For Your Dogs Only and Toshi’s, Inc. - for 15 years. In her spare time she enjoys contributing to her community as a volunteer tax preparer for low income families and reading and math tutor for elementary school children.

Krish Kumar, EA
Krish joined Scott B. Price & Company in February of 2012. Krish is an Enrolled Agent. She has a Bachelor of Accounting (Honors) from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. She obtained a Master of Arts( ESL) from the National University of Malaysia. She prepares tax returns for individuals and entities which include Partnership, LLC, S Corp and C Corp returns.
She has worked with two other CPA firms for the past 4 years and prior to that, she was a stay- home mom. She has a daughter in college and a son in high school and lives with her family in Walnut Creek. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also volunteers at her son’s high school and is the Treasurer for her son’s Boy Scout Troop.

Chloé Andrus, Accounting & Tax Associate
Chloé joined Scott B. Price & Company in September of 2011 as an administrative associate and has since commenced accounting and tax courses to culminate in a CPA. Chloé graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French in 2006 and In 2009, Chloé completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies and is a licensed psychotherapy intern. In her free time, Chloé volunteers within the wider community and is recently working with the rebuilding effort in Haiti.

Janice Mortenson, Administrative Assistant
Prior to starting her career with Scott B Price and Company in 1990, Janice obtained experience in banking, bookkeeping, office management, university administration, and retail. Since moving to San Francisco from Minnesota in 1983, Janice has been an active member of her church, participating in their food and toy drives, and she also regularly volunteers with the Food Bank of San Francisco.

Jocelyn Lee, Administrative Assistant
Jocelyn joined the Scott B. Price and Company team in December, 2010. Jocelyn graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Theatre Arts Dance in 2007. Prior to starting her career with Scott B Price and Company, Jocelyn worked in retail management with Lululemon Atheltica for three years in the San Francisco, Burlingame and Berkeley locations.

Mariele Thadani, Administrative Assistant
Mariele graduated from UC Davis in 2010, with Bachelor’s degrees in both English and French. Prior to joining Scott B. Price and Company in December of 2012, Mariele worked in an administrative role at a CPA and business management firm in San Rafael. She also has a background in retail and custom framing. In her spare time, Mariele volunteers with a couple of local non-profit agencies and is an avid reader.

Andelisa Palomera, Intern
Andelisa joined Scott B. Price & Company as an intern in December of 2012. She is in her fourth year at San Francisco State University and is majoring in Business and Marketing. Andelisa is also currently working at Jumpstart, which is an organization in which college students are trained to help develop language and literacy skills to preschool children in low-income neighborhoods. She is excited to learn gain experience in the accounting industry and contribute to the firm.
